The TotalEnergies entity selling an electric charge listed in Appendix 1 is the "data controller" responsible for processing personal data on the Application. The data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

When using the Application, you may be required to provide us with your personal data.

Your personal data will not be processed later in a way that is incompatible with the purposes described in this Policy or in the data forms.
2. Data recipient
In order to process your personal data in compliance with the Policy, it may be disclosed to one or more of the data controller's services, subsidiaries, TotalEnergies payment service providers, customer relationship management providers, or independent distributors and subcontractors.
3. Data transfers
No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.
If data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the process will be performed in accordance with applicable legislation and in such a way as to ensure appropriate protection of your personal data. TotalEnergies has adopted Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) governing intra-group transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area. For data transfers to countries outside the EEA not covered by our BCR, other measures are taken to ensure adequate protection.

This Policy was updated on 08/07/2024. The latest version is available either when you confirm a charge or in the "Personal data policy" section of the Application. We reserve the right to revise and change this Policy at any time.
8. Your rights/contact
In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to access and to the rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation and portability of your data. Where applicable, you also have the right to give post-mortem instructions in the corresponding European countries.
To exercise your rights and ask questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact the address of the entity in your country listed in Appendix 1.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
